For the provision of services – sale of goods and operation of websites with an e-shop – Felix Gabriel Corp., s.r.o. processes certain personal data.

I. Processing of personal data

The processing of personal data is governed mainly by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (“GDPR”).

A. Processing of personal data when using e-mail and phone

If you are interested in our products and services, we will work with the contact details you provide to us, mainly by e-mail and phone. These include: name, surname, address, e-mail address and phone number, for the purpose of contacting you regarding further agreement concerning goods and services.

Legal basis Article 6(1)(b) GDPR – negotiations on a contract, or taking steps prior to entering into a contract at your request.
Processing period We will process your data for no longer than one year from our last communication.

B. Processing of personal data when purchasing

If you purchase from us, we will work with the data you fill in. These are mainly billing details: name, surname, address, e-mail address and phone number.

We need to process personal data in order to fulfil our contract – to deliver our goods or services to you. We will also communicate with you via your contact details regarding the status of your order, complaints or your questions.

We will further process personal data to fulfil our obligations arising from law, especially for accounting and tax purposes, or to handle complaints and similar matters.

Legal basis Article 6(1)(b) GDPR – performance of a contract and Article 6(1)(c) GDPR – compliance with our legal obligation.
Processing period We will process your personal data for one year from your last purchase.

C. Newsletters (commercial communications)

If you are a customer and did not prohibit it during purchase, we will use your e-mail address to send you our news.

Pursuant to Section 7(3) of Act No. 480/2004 Z.z. on certain information society services, if you did not prohibit this during purchase.

We will process your personal data for two years from your last purchase. You may unsubscribe at any time by e-mail or by contacting us.
