To provide services—selling goods and operating a website with an online shop, Felix Gabriel Corp, s.r.o. processes certain personal data.
The processing of personal data is governed primarily by the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) ("GDPR").
**I. Processing of Personal Data**
**A. Processing of Personal Data in the Case of Email or Phone Use**
If you inquire about our products and services, we will work with your contact details that you provide to us, mainly via email and phone. These include: name, surname, address, email address, and phone number. This is for the purpose of contacting you for further arrangements regarding goods and services.
This processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR – taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract. We will process your data for a maximum of one year from our last communication.
**B. Processing of Personal Data in the Case of Purchase**
If you make a purchase with us, we will work with the data you fill out. This mainly includes billing information: name, surname, address, email address, and phone number.
We need to process personal data to fulfill our contract—delivering our goods or services to you. We will also communicate with you regarding the status of your order, any complaints, or your inquiries using your contact information.
Furthermore, we will process personal data to fulfill our obligations arising from the law (mainly for accounting and tax purposes, or for handling complaints, among others).
This processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR – performance of a contract and Article 6(1)(c) GDPR – compliance with our legal obligation. We will process your personal data for one year from your last purchase.
**C. Newsletters (Commercial Communications)**
If you are a purchasing customer and have not opted out at the time of purchase, we will use your email address to send you our news.
According to Section 7(3) of Act No. 480/2004 Coll. on certain information society services, unless you opted out at the time of purchase.
We will process your personal data for two years from your last purchase. You can unsubscribe from the mailing list at any time via email or by contacting us.

You can object to processing based on legitimate interests.
If you believe that we are not handling the data correctly, you have the right to file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection or to seek legal remedies in court.
